Q: Will the same items be available each DROP?

No, every DROP you will find something new! 

Q: Will there be items in stock?

Everything during a DROP will be available as supplies last. First come, first served on all deals. For specific information on a product we encourage checking the website.

Q: If I can’t get there, can I place a hold?

You can purchase an item with FULL payment. This can be done over the phone if you are unable to get to the store right away and want to ensure you get the item. Please note, ALL sales are final and you will not be able to exchange or get a refund.  

Q: Can I pick up the item the same day? Is delivery an option?

Yes! We encourage you to bring the means to pick up your piece the same day! Please note we will not hold items outside the DROP sale dates. If you are not able to pick up, you will be required to get delivery to ensure we can keep the floor fresh and clean for the next DROP. Delivery is available and rates are based on your location. 

Q: Return Policy?

All items are final sale. Items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
